In order to improve our customer’s competencies and experience around Dynamics NAV, LS Retail, Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM & Dynamics AX products we have planned a series of monthly consultant led trainings via the web throughout the year 2016. These webinars will be open to customers who have an active maintenance / enhancement agreement with Optimus. Please note the following:
- These are real training sessions with a 2 hours’ duration.
- This is a NON SALES activity.
- Trainings in English only.
- Students will be given training by senior Optimus consultants / instructors with the goal of teaching usage of the particular functionality. The course is meant to be used in live client environments or for customers who may try and activate functionality internally by their own staff.
- This training is NO SUBSTITUTE for training of an active implementation project.
Among the topics we have lined up are Power BI, LS NAV POS, Omni-Channel, Loyalty, Dynamics (AX/GP/NAV) GL, AP , AR, AX for Retail, Social Media, Promotions/Coupons, LS One, Logivision Supermarket Retail, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Inventory, Basic Reports, Bank Reconciliation, Landed Costing and other subjects. The first courses will be announced by March 15th and conducted on April 15th. Agenda and topics are subject to change during the year. There will be a phase in period for some of the products Optimus serves.
